Sandy Springs City Center

In December 2012, the City of Sandy Springs adopted a Master Plan to build a pedestrian-oriented downtown area. Rich in amenities such as commercial retail, recreational and cultural facilities. The project is projected to cost $169-196M and, according to the Master Plan, may include:

• 3 to 5 Blocks of Walkable Retail with 120,000 to 200,000 SF of space.  
• Boutique Hotel (60-90 rooms)
• 28,000 to 83,000 SF of Office
• 580 to 1,120 new jobs over 10 years
• Parks
• Performing Arts Center with 750 to 1000 seats and 30,000 SF of banquet and meeting space
