Extensive in-house quality checks are conducted on each house at foundation, framing, pre-drywall, and completion. As a result of this thorough inspection process and much attention to detail, Waterford Homes delivers a quality home at closing.

The second step in the Confidence Program is the three service appointments offered each homebuyer. The first is the pre-closing Homeowner Orientation, followed by the Post-Closing service review, and a year-end Final Inspection. The orientation and subsequent service visits to the home provide the opportunity to explain the different features of your new home, to address routine and preventative maintenance, outline builder responsibilities, and address any items in your new home that require attention. These scheduled service appointments assure you of thorough follow up and follow through after the sale.

The third step in the Confidence Program is our written warranty program. Waterford Homes is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. We provide the GAHBA's HOME BUYER HANDBOOK, which explains the warranties and outlines builder and homeowner responsibilities. In addition, Waterford Homes goes on to enroll each home in the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation 2-10 Warranty. This is extended two-year limited warranty coverage for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems plus 10 year protection for qualified structural defects. This warranty is insured and automatically transferable if you sell your home during the first ten years after initial purchase. As a homeowner, you have the confidence that your home carries the best written warranties in the business.
