Waterford Homes is so proud to share the news of David Clough being named “Builder of the Year 2010” by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Each year the homebuilding industry has its annual OBIES Awards, where real estate professionals are honored for various categories.
The Builder of the Year award is presented each year to a Certified Professional Home Builder member of the HBA who has demonstrated commitment to professional excellence. The award recognizes a builder that has contributed to furthering the goals and mission of the association through volunteer efforts within the association, the housing industry, in the community and charitable programs.
David Clough and Waterford Homes have won multiple OBIE Awards over the years. David received the HBA’s 2005 Presidential Award; served as 2007 President of the HBA and has sat for five years on the HBA Board of Directors. David also serves on The Housing Institute Board of Directors.
Not only does David participate on local industry leadership roles, but he also represents Atlanta at state and national levels. His leadership has included serving as the 2009/2010 President of the Home Builders Association of Georgia and chair of its executive committee, as well as, serving on the National Association of Home Builders Board of Directors.
