David Clough
David Clough, the founder and President of Waterford Homes, brings many years of home building experience to the company. He started his homebuilding career with a large national homebuilder immediately upon graduation from Princeton University, and learned the business from the ground up. He rose to a management position with responsibility for hundreds of new homes each year.
David and his team started Waterford Homes with the belief that they could offer Atlanta homeowners the professionalism of a large company with the local knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility of a local builder. 2500+ satisfied homeowners later, Waterford Homes has become one of Atlanta's most successful and respected builders.

Drew Clough
Drew Clough began his career at UBS Investment Bank after graduation from Vanderbilt University. He worked on various equities trading desks and earned the designation of licensed Charterholder of the CFA Institute.
Having spent numerous summer internships learning the construction process, he rejoined Waterford Homes in 2013 to help guide the company through the next chapter in its history.
As Chief Operating Officer, Drew works in various roles including Land Acquisition, Product Design, Marketing and Finance. He and his wife, Yun Jeong Kwak, have two boys, Grant and Jules, who keep them busy when they are not at work.

John Molinari
John Molinari, Senior Vice President joined Waterford Homes in 1993, and is a main contributor to the company's success. His thorough knowledge of the sales and construction process, along with the team of professional trade contractors and suppliers he has assembled enable Waterford Homes to assure each homeowner of high quality at affordable prices.
John has managed purchasing and estimating of over 4,000 homes ranging from $300k-$3M+. He enjoys playing golf and supporting local sports teams.

Ralph Reilly
Ralph Reilly grew up in Boulder, Colorado and moved to the Atlanta area in 1980. He has been in the home building business for 44 years. He serves as the Vice President of Construction. His many years in the industry have given him a well-rounded background in home building.
He and his wife Rebecca, enjoy spending time with their children and eight grandbabies. Ralph also enjoys playing golf, boating and traveling.

Rich Wilmath
Rich Wilmath has been with Waterford Homes for over 20 years and in the construction field for over 30 years. A self proclaimed "building nerd," he believes building a home should be an amazing experience.
He is passionate about building exceptional homes and is proud to help clients realize their vision. Rich enjoys fishing, hiking with his family, and cheering on the Braves and his hometown Cubs.

Braden Buck
Braden was born and raised in Houston, Texas. In 1992, he moved to Alabama to attend Auburn University. After graduating, he relocated to Atlanta, where he has been building houses for over 25 years.
Braden is married to Katie, a schoolteacher, and they have a daughter in college and a son in high school. In his free time, Braden enjoys spending time on the baseball field or back in Auburn.

Patrick Martin
Patrick Martin is very proud to be a Project Manager with Waterford Homes over five years. After earning a Bachelor's degree from Jacksonville State University and working in the ministry, he has worked his way up in the residential building industry creating a vast knowledge. Patrick has twenty + years of experience working as Project Manager.
Patrick is a native of Cobb County, GA where he and his wife, Alison, are raising their two boys Tyler and Jackson. When not working he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Patrick takes pride in connecting with buyers to support them through the many processes in construction. It's an honor to help families create a home where great memories will be made for years to come.

Brian Reilly
Brian Reilly, an Atlanta native, was raised around residential construction and has 18 years of experience across several areas of the industry ranging from landscaping and carpentry to commercial fire protection and construction project management.
Brian has two children, Ashlynn (age 14) and Hunger (age 10). When he is not attending one of their many sporting events, Brian enjoys pursuing his passion for hunting, fishing and sharing those traditions with his children.

Brian McClain
Brian McClain, a native of Brookhaven, Georgia, brings over a decade of industry experience ranging from electrical and HVAC to concrete construction, plumbing, and land development. Brian joined Waterford Homes as a finish manager and quickly worked his way up to a project manager due to his vast industry knowledge.
When Brian is not busy with work, he is attending one of the many extra-curricular activities of his children, Eleanor (9) and Jace (5) who he shares with his wife, Jenna of 11 years. Brian is an avid outdoorsman, and as a Georgia native loves all things Georgia football, Braves baseball, and Saturdays on the lake in the summer.

Isis Hansbrough
Isis Hansbrough, a proud Georgia native, was born and raised in the vibrant community of Alpharetta. With over 5 years of experience in Real Estate and Residential Construction, she has built a career marked by dedication and expertise.
Isis commenced her journey in the real estate industry in Houston, Texas, serving as a Studio Design Coordinator for a prominent homebuilding company. Her experience in Texas laid the groundwork for a successful career, but her heart led her back to Georgia. Continuing her commitment to the residential homebuilding sector, Isis navigated various roles, gaining invaluable insights into construction logistics, permitting processes, and real estate design.

Akeyshia Watson
Akeyshia Watson wears many hats to keep operations running smoothly in the fast-paced world of residential development. With over 13 years in the real estate industry and more than 20 years of living in the Atlanta area, she deeply understands the local market and the people who call it home.
She has mastered the art of organization, multitasking, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. From working closely with closing attorneys to managing accounting and day-to-day operations, Akeyshia plays a key role in keeping projects on track and supporting the team. Beyond the office, Akeyshia loves spending time at the baseball field cheering on her son, Ezra's (age 13) travel team, getting lost in a good book, and dancing whenever music calls.

John Hayes
John Hayes is a Georgia native and has an incredible passion for all things related to building and architecture. He received his BBA with a focus on International Business from Georgia College in 2007 but went on to study architecture at SCAD in Savannah for a year.
The experience at SCAD drove him to land a job as a construction superintendent in the Lake Oconee area in 2018. While living in the lake area, he enjoys fishing, hunting, carpentry, creating artwork, and playing guitar.
