This was the first home I built from scratch and it was a smooth process from beginning to end. The personal attention I received from Waterford made the entire experience delightful. I was consulted before every decision and able to add a personal touch here and there to make this house my own. I couldn't imagine raising my daughters in a better place.

The team at Waterford Homes was 100% dedicated to our satisfaction, both during construction and subsequent three and twelve month walk-throughs. They were genuinely as excited as we were about our new home! We always met personally with our builder on-site and the design team helped us tremendously with the finishes. This is the most well-built, beautifully appointed home and most flexible, accommodating builder we've worked with after 5 home purchases. I will seek out a Waterford Homes community if we decide to purchase another home.
My friends warned me that building a house with your significant other can be a true test of the relationship. I don't know if it is a testament to our relationship, or the relationship we had with Waterford homes, but we found the experience easy and super enjoyable. We are so pleased with our home in terms of quality, style and price. We absolutely love it! Starting with our first interaction with the realtor, everyone did a fantastic job of building our confidence and our trust. There was a lot of transparency in the process. Our builder, Don, was incredibly approachable and very accommodating. He listed to our wants and did whatever he could do to accomodate them. Dave Groff also made the process easy, making sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. They care about the details. We also had a blast making our selections at the design center, picking everything from grout to light fixtures. The options available made it easy to build a beautiful home at a reasonable price. We happily recommend Waterford Homes to anyone looking to build a home they will love.
Waterford Homes built a great house for our family. The whole team was very professional and helpful. We could tell we were in good hands with the builder, Don. My wife is pretty picky (sorry Kim), she changed her mind on how she wanted the fireplace to look, the hardware in the kitchen, a bunch of stuff and Don was extremely patient. Highly recommended.

It's wonderful to love your house. That's the gift Waterford has given our family. The architectural details are beautiful and the craftsmanship is apparent; my house was built well and it shows! We have lived in our Waterford home for over six years and it still feels brand new. It's the most energy efficient house we have ever owned, comfortable all year round. And I haven't even told you about my garage. It fits our two cars, a golf cart, a second refrigerator and all of our Christmas decorations. We love our new home and highly recommend their quality products. My son Sam loved watching the workers and Don was great showing him around. He'll never forget it.
